There's a good way to improve oral english, listen to one passage and recite it 100 times, then u know what is oral english

    Indians usually have some kind of accent of their own, which is a little different from american english and thus brings difficulty to understand, what u can do when u face such kind of questions is u can prepare some topics and sentences before u speak to them, several times' practice, you'll feel good.

   Maybe U can take your phone with vocabulary in it ，When U wanner say something to others and U forget how to spell the words .U  can refer to your phone.
I always refer to a dictionary when I come upon a new word.
