Position: Quality Specialist
(Work Location: Guangzhou)
Responsibilities:
Prime for Quality Improvement Project and BCP development and management
Conduct on-going internal audits and perform post-audit analysis;
Plan and organize quality training to the entire team, basic and advanced;
Provide QMS Client Services to assigned functional teams.
Identify the opportunity for quality improvement based on facts and lessons learned;
Coordinate to investigate and address the significant quality issues to closure;
Analyze audit findings and process quality trend and initiate the suitable corrective and preventive

actions.
Authority on project plans for quality improvement;
Authority on audit defects’ final decision and TL9000 Standard’s interpretation;
Chair the BCP Development in line with business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Telecommunications/ Electronics Engineering/Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years' quality experience in R&D environment, preferably on software development;
Be familiar with software development processes;
Good knowledge and experience on ISO 9000 standards; TL 9000, QS 9000 or TS 16949 is preferred;  
Qualified internal auditor with experience;
Rich experience on quality improvement programs;
MBB or BB is a plus.
Project management skills, 6 Sigma methodology/tools application skills preferred;
Fluent written and oral English, CET 6 holder preferred;
Good Office software application and presentation skills;
Good communication skills;
