测试主管/资深测试工程师
主要职责:
1.加入测试团队,完成指定的项目
2.进行需求分析并并制定测试策略
3.设计并执行测试用例
4.缺陷追踪
5.评审与检查即将交付的工件并保证工件中被发现的问题得到及时解决
6.项目Leader需要根据项目需要与国外客户讨论需求,维持客户对项目的满意度
关键要求
1.本科以上学历,计算机以及相关专业毕业
2.两年以上测试经验(项目主管五年以上)
3.精通软件测试技术与流程;有Quality Center, ClearQuest等测试管理工具使用经验者优先
4.熟悉CMMI
5.做事积极主动,学习能力强
6.良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力.良好的文档书写和演示能力。
Test Technical Lead/ Senior System Engineer
Key Responsibilities
1.Complete projects with a testing team.
2.Analyze Business Requirement and generate Test Strategy.
3.Test Cases design and execution.
4.Defect Tracking.
5.Review deliverables till all review defects fixed.
6.Leader will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements
1.BS or above in CS or related.
2.Above 2 years’ software testing working experience.( Team Leader:5+ years)
3.Good understanding of software testing related technique & process; Quality Center or ClearQuest experience is preferred.
4. Familiar with CMMI.
5.Self motivator and quick learner.
6.Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese. |
