1)    Minimum 2+ years of software development; AND minimum 4+ years of software testing
2)    Must had experience in Unit level testing.
a.    White-box testing at code level
b.    Able to write unit tests.
c.    Must be good at least one of the xUnit tests. (i.e. JUnit, CPPUnit, NUnit, etc)
3)    Must had experience in API level testing.
a.    Grey-box testing at API level
b.    Able to test modules through API interfaces
c.    Must be good at least one of the API testing tools. (i.e. SoupUI, WebDriver, etc)
4)    Must had experience in GUI level testing.
a.    Black-box testing at GUI level
b.    Able to develop UI testing
c.    Must be good at least one of the GUI testing tools. (i.e. fitness, selenium, ruby, etc)
5)    Must be good at least one of the modern programming languages. (i.e. c/c++, java, etc) (I know it’s impossible to ask one who knows and is good at all)
6)    Must had project experience in working w/ agile teams under Continuous Integration
a.    Able to identify process flaws in working models
b.    Able to come up w/ process improvement to increase working efficiency
7)    Aggressive in working style and able to drive a project independently from beginning to end.
a.    Creative and flexible in coming up w/ his/her own ideas to drive a team of people to finish a task
8)    Must be knowledgeable (not necessary expert at) of common database technologies. (i.e. oracle, DB2, SQL server, etc)
9)    Must be knowledgeable (not necessary expert at) of common OS environments. (i.e. windows, linux, unix)
10) Knowledge on BTO product especially SM is a big plus.
