一、SQA Engineer/Manager职责/任职条件
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or appropriate technical (6+ years equivalent) experience.
• 6+ years of software test experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux and UNIX operating systems.
• Familiar with database structures and able to query tables to obtain data and manipulate that date, and able to create basic databases.
• Experienced with defect tracking software such as Vantive, PVCS Tracker, Rational ClearQuest.
• Familiar with version control/configuration management systems, such as ClearCase, PVCS, Visual Source Safe.
二、Architect职责/任职条件•MS (in Computer Science) preferred with 10+ years of product development experience and a proven track record of delivering high quality commercial enterprise products;  at least 3 years experience as an architect or a senior team lead for a complex enterprise product.   
•Experience with designing and working on mid to larger scale applications.
•Good English presentation, communication skills for both reading and writing.
•Experience in working with internal and external customers.
•In-depth understanding of operating system principles and familiar with various UNIX, Linux and Windows environments.
•Knowing computer system performance management is a plus.
•Hand-on experience with Web based development tools.
•Strong decision making skills, a positive take charge attitude, and the ability to drive plans to completion.
•Able to perform self-motivated research and stay on top of the technological trend.
•Able to convert customer and marketing needs into software requirements with concise technical descriptions.
•Working closely with development team to ensure that design is followed and to deliver quality products that provide solutions to customers.
•Proven, effective leadership in a technical environment (leading teams of at least 20 developers).
•Expertise in OO design paradigms is required.  Knowledge in emerging software technologies (e.g. SOA, J2EE, .NET) is desirable.
