Qualifications and Experience:
•       University Graduate – BS in Engineering or Computer Science. Additional MS degree a plus.
•       SEI CMMI/ ISO9001/AS9100 knowledge desirable.
•       Capability and willingness to travel to US for training.
•       Candidate should have a good knowledge of system/software processes.
•       Specific experience in software development desirable.
•       The selected candidate must be self-directing and willing to work with various internal and global groups.
•       Strong organizational and problem solving skills required.
•       Self – starter, motivated and takes initiative and able to work independently
•       Extremely reliable, trustworthy and highest ethical standards
•       Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
