Job Description
Manage QA/DVT portion of SAN hardware and software development projects. Ensure that we produce high quality products that enable customers to do more with iQstor and enhances overall customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities
1.        Work with product management, software and hardware development, and professional services to ensure the overall quality of iQstor product line and solution.
2.        Manage and coach a group of QA/DVT professionals that includes technical leads and individual contributors.
3.        Improve current QA/DVT process to support the growing business.
4.        Enhance QA/DVT infrastructure including test tools and automation.
5.        Develop metrics to measure QA/DVT success and overall quality.
6.        Lead system level test troubleshooting / review.
Qualifications
        +5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in QA
        System management knowledge on applications and OS platform in data-center is a MUST.
        Proven track record managing QA/DVT teams of 6+ over 3 years and mentor less experienced testers to provide guidance and advice.
        Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
        A successful track record establishing the QA/DVT automation infrastructure and tool development.
        Knowledgeable in application layer product and solution testing.
        Excellent project management, people management, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
        CMM / ISO9000/PM knowledge is a plus.
        Fluent in read/write/speak English
        Bachelor's degree or a related discipline from accredited university, advanced degree preferred

Software Tester (软件测试工程师)

Job Description
To provide QA service for iQstor software products and documents.
Responsibilities
1.        Working closely with iQstor Dev. group and P.S. team in America and China to deliver software bundles.
2.        Develop Test Plan including detailed FVT test schedule, assure proper approval sign-offs.
3.        Test the software products, and help clients in bug fixing, manage the packaging process.
4.        Problems identification and investigation.
5.        Test tool development, automation script development.
6.        Test environment set up, test case execution, CR follow-up, test result report.
7.        Interoperability test with products from 3rd parties
8.        Provide the 2nd level support to marketing and customers for technical issues.
Qualifications
        Solid knowledge of Software Engineering Testing methods and process.
        Win2k/2k3 / UNIX / DBMS administration skills are required, preferred with certificates from SUN, Oracle, Microsoft etc.
        Experience in script programming is a plus.
        Demonstrated skills on test plan development and execute all test cases within the allocated test execution schedule.
        Good verbal and written communication in English.
        Preferably with knowledge and experience in storage/backup areas.
        A quick learner with strong desire to learn and excel.
        Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
        BS degree, major in Computer Science or Engineering related area.

Responsibilities
1.        Develop, design, maintain and verify our SAN resource management products.
2.        Work with QA group to develop product from concept to public release.
3.        Conduct analysis on requirement from marketing and customers.
4.        Increase customer satisfaction and retention.
5.        Assist in the architecture, design, implementation, and debugging of products based on product requirements and per the development schedule.
6.        Assist in understanding the user needs to elicit, analyze, and specify product requirements for an enterprise level product.
Qualifications
1.        Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in Java and swing development necessary.
2.        Graphic User Interface (GUI) prior engineering experience required.
3.        Networks or device management software experience preferred.
4.        Must possess a very strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
5.        Strong experience on using SCM tools, VSS or Starbase.
6.        Understanding Intranet and Internet technologies: HTTP, TCP, HTML/DHTML, XML, etc.
7.        Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.

Job Description
To join the team to develop the next-generation of storage array product, including embedded OS, File System, RAID/StorageVirtualization/CopyService.
Responsibilities
1.        Design and develop software modules on Linux platform.
2.        Conduct research and implementation on new technologies, or extension of products’ functionalities.
3.        Interact closely with members of global product teams in other locations, as well as system engineers, technical support engineers.
4.        Guide junior engineers on technical details and design decisions.

Qualifications
1.        3+ years of software product development experience, 2+ years in Linux platform
2.        Expert in programming languages ANSI C, C++, rich experiences in development/debug in Unix/Linux environment. Java is a plus.
3.        Desirable experiences on either 2 of areas: kernel, IO model of Windows, file system rationale, Cluster and DBMS.
4.        Experience with one or more Linux distributions, patching and rebuilding Linux packages
5.        Understanding of the Linux development process
6.        Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7.        Familiar with POSIX standards, system calls and utilities.
8.        Full life cycle software development experience.
9.        Fluent English Reading/Writing and oral communication skill is a must.
10.        Team player with good interpersonal skill.
