在日常工作中，如何来定位测试初级、中级和高级工程师，分别达到什么样的要求才能被划分成哪个级别，比如技术储备、管理能力等，技术分别有体现在哪些方面，初级工程需要掌握什么样的技术能力，中级需要准备什么样的能力，以及高级又是需要具备什么样的能力，管理能力如何在各个级别上体现出来？什么样的项目测试该由哪个级别来担任？等等～～～～～
