Job Title        Senior Automation Testing Software Engineer
Working Experience         >3 years
Job Description        This position is responsible for functional regression (automation) testing for projects. You will work with other senior team members to follow effective processes and best practices for QA testing and supporting. You will need to have excellent communication skills and outstanding test engineering skills to deliver high quality output of the projects assign to you. The projects cover variety of environments (J2EE and .Net) across a wide variety of operating systems (windows and Linux) and hardware platforms.
        
Job Requirements & Skills Required        Qualifications

Responsibilities
1.        Be responsible for software system testing and regression testing.
2.        Be responsible for test case design by analyzing application requirement.
3.        Be responsible for scripting test cases using QTP.
4.        Be responsible to execute test cases/scripts independently.
5.        Be able to analyze test result, generate test/issue report and track issues till close.
6.        Responsible to the integrity of test plans, data, environments, etc. Keep test deliverables according to application changes.
7.        Communicate information timely and appropriately to customer and/or relevant parties for testing status/issue.
8.        Be able to use QTP to automate BS and CS protocols and integrate QTP with QC.
9.        Be able to design automation framework according to project needs.


Qualifications
1.        Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
2.        3 years Working experience in the software development life cycle: Development or QA
3.        2 years experience of QTP or other automated testing tool
4.        Hand on experience in web-based technologies including web service and XML
5.        Understanding of multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux and HPUX) and Oracle database
6.        Fluent English oral communication skills

Job Title        Senior Performance Test Software Engineer
Working Experience         >3 years
Job Description        Responsible for HPIT  internal applications (Web, SAP) performance testing (load/stress/capacity/failover), which including test strategy design, scripting using LoadRunner, result analysis, reporting and performance diagnostics
Work directly with American/EMEA people to deliver all testing related deliverables (strategy, scripts, test, report, diagnostics..)
Communicate all test activities with team members and customers individually in day to day activity and conference meeting
Responsible to develop customized tools for performance testing
Strong commitment to execute the plan, deliver quality results on schedule and achieve testing goals
       
Job Requirements & Skills Required        Qualifications

1.        3+ years of experience working on either software development or performance testing and diagnostics
2.        Understand the manual & automated testing life cycle
3.        Experience in delivering various kinds of performance test deliverables independently (test strategy, test case, test script, test report)
4.        Have consolidated knowledge and on hands experience on at least one of the performance testing tools: LoadRunner, SilkPerformer, OpenSTA, JMeter, Rational Performance Tester, etc.
5.        Good understanding of common Web/SAP architecture and  operating systems (Linux, UNIX, and Windows)
6.        Have solid performance diagnostics knowledge on Web or SAP applications to pinpoint application bottleneck
7.        Excellent communication and coordination skills to handle more than one testing project in parallel and host meeting with customers to present the testing
8.        Good programming skills in C or Java under windows and UNIX
9.        Good understanding on communication protocols (TCP, HTTP, Socket, FTP, etc.)
