Job Title Senior Quality Engineer
Location Shanghai, P.R.C.,CN
Job Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for testing and quality assurance of programs running at the China Development Center for MPT products, planning and executing of function/system test with support from development engineers, control quality of final deliveries, and reporting to the Engineering Manager as member of the Engineering organization and to the Program Manager if appointed as Quality Functional Lead in his role of program's core team member.
Job Requirements
Graduate from university with degree from Telecom, computer science, or EE 3+ years experience in telecom industry with at least 2 years experience of software test. Skill of software developing, debugging and testing on Windows/RTOS is required. Be familiar with test methods, process and tools. Good documentation capability. Be able to make test plan according to understanding of requirements, execute test plan independently or with support from development engineers and debug the system in case of faulty behaviors. Knowledge about Tektronix K12XX products is a plus. Experience of quality management system, such as CMM, ISO9000. Understand major development activities, such as review, audit and so on. Good documentation capability. Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing), prior experience coordination/working with international companies. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members. Capability to work and to solve problem s independently Good communication skill. With the willingness and capability to learn new knowledge & skills in new area. Be able to travel domestically and internationally.
