具体职位描述如下：
1. Analyze system requirements
2. Design test cases
3. Execute complex test cases
4. Submit and analyze test results
5. Design and write automated test script
6. Organize activities related with quality assurance, e. g, requirements review, code review, improve develop process and so on.

具体职位要求如下：
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer-related disciplines from accredited university
2. Good understanding of testing cycles, testing methodologies and testing processes
3. At least one year software testing experience with black box or white box testing
4. Experience with test automation tools not required but a big plus
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Good oral/written English skills
