Responsibilities:
* Package test solutions to meet enterprise customer requirement and drive test solution business growth base on COMPANY test software products, such as QC, Loadrunner.
*Search and package industry solutions by leveraging COMPANY internal test delivery Capability & Capacity, external solid solution partner to enhance solution business unit’s offerings.
*Manage solution portfolio well to support marketing and demand generation activities as well as bidding activities.
*Accountable for solution promotion both to internal training, external customer forum, customer workshop, channel partner training.
*Collaborates with solution BD, sales and partner to have customer confidence on COMPANY test solution offering during the bidding.
*Needs to work cross functionally, cross culturally and with peers and partnership.
*Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
*Significant Quality Assurance background (2-5 yrs). Position requires extensive testing of project features and development of automated testing environments for future regression testing
*Strong technical skills and experience in test automation, system testing and quality assurance
*Must demonstrate excellent test technical learning and utilization skills,solution package capability, strong presentation skills, organizational,interpersonal, including a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
*Strong business sense to struggle on business target objectives.
*Must have excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.
*Knowledge of one or more of the following is beneficial:
   - COMPANY Test products
   - The related knowledge and processes in the various phases of test lifecycle

Work Experience:
* 8 or more years of IT test technical solution Experience (Industry consulting experience preferred)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences/ Engineering from a reputable University/Institute.
