General (Must):
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science related diploma;
Candidates must have 2-3 yrs. of testing experience;
Experience in automation and load/stress/performance testing;
Background of writing test scripts, creating test plan/test cases, etc.;
Experience of using test tools (Mercury Load Runner, Test Director/Quality Center, QTP);
Fluent English; independent, self-reliant, strong organizational and communication skills;

Optional
Oracle/SQL Server/DB2
Windows and Unix/ Linux
Java /J2EE, C/C++
HP Open View products (ITSM, PPM, AM, etc.)
ITIL certificate
