·above college degree, good English both verbal and written
·Familiar with using testing software: C++, C#, LabView
·Over 5 years experience in test platform development, either hardware or software.Experienced in developing test software.
·Successful project management experience in testing field, familiar in dealing with EMS customers
·Have a general idea of function testing process of certain electrical products

For those with good test experience while no project management experience, we can consider them as FVT Engineer or ICT engineer.
