3年以上经验，有自动化测试经验。同时具有白盒测试经验更是欢迎。
熟悉C/C++, 或者 Visual Studio.NET (VB/C++/C#）语言。

Position Overview:
As a Software Quality Engineer, you will define and conduct software testing on our products and all associated software components. (Firmware, OS, drivers, utilities, demos, SDK’s, and more).

Key Responsibilities:
You will define test cases, develop automated tests, write test programs, conduct testing, troubleshoot problems, report bugs, and document results.
The test cases shall be documented in a test plan; including the scope of testing and the testing approach. The testing approaches must include automated regression testing, tests to mitigate risks, and running tests with bad parameters and boundary conditions.
You will be asked to assist in the definition of common approaches and formats for test procedures.
You must be able to read and interpret product specifications.
You will learn, use, and modify PC and server configurations for your testing.
You will assist in the analysis of product, process or new design issues.
You may determine problem root causes and recommend corrective action.
You will perform other tasks as assigned, to meet the needs of the business.

Required Background:
This position requires a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) degree; experience required.
Must have a sound understanding of software quality and testing principles and practices. Experience in automated testing of embedded systems is critical.
Must have programming skills and experience.
Preferred languages are C/C++, and Visual Studio.NET (VB/C++/C#).
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking required.
Ideally, you have experience in and/or knowledge of wireless technologies (802.11b/g, GSM/GPRS, and Bluetooth) and an understanding of software configuration management and design reviews.
Your communication & interpersonal skills must be excellent; you must be able to work well with others in local and distributed teams.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, with skills to respond to a high sense of urgency.
You must be flexible, organized, and be able to handle multiple tasks.
