Test Engineer
Critical Job Elements
        Testing each release of our products to verify new features, regression test existing functionality, and conduct stress tests to measure system capacity and stability.  
        Design Verification test plan and test procedure documents after analysis of engineering requirements and design specifications for each release of our products.
        Developing test environments for performing design verification tests in an automated fashion.
        Reporting test results logging detailed problem reports, working with technical staff to troubleshoot problems and verifying fixes to the product.
        Work with our global team of Design Verification personnel based in Shanghai (China) to resolve problems found in the product during testing.   

Qualifications
        Computer Science or Engineering degree
        Previous experience in a Design Verification role within a product development environment is an asset.
        Test engineering experience necessary to conduct protocol compliance, develop test automation scripts, and utilize protocol analysers and load test simulators.
        Experience setting up and configuring telecommunications and networking products, preferably Voice over IP or Video over IP networks.
        Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Voice over IP protocols (MGCP, SIP, VoiceXML, RTP, RTCP and ICMP), as well as SNMP, HTTP, and NFS.
        Good working knowledge of Linux OS environment.
        Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
        Great people skills with good communication and well-organized, disciplined.
        Should obey an instruction from immediate manager and also report work result to the line manager.
