我的脚本是否正确

我想写个脚本，就是当bug 状态为 open ，优先级(BG_PRIORITY)必填，自动指派给(BG_USER_02)zhangsan.
以下是我写的，但是有执行不起效果。

你的代码作用大概会是
当  BG_PRIORITY  不是空  ， 且BG_STATUS 更改为 open时， BG_USER_02自动赋值zhangsan，但这个赋值并不是提交，应该只是界面值变化
需要限制提交规则的话，应该写在 Defects_Bug_CanPost  中

是吗，QC列表中修改一些字段，不是编辑页面，要写在Defects_Bug_CanPost吗？
