一、Test Manager--MFGIVS--杭州1，上海2

主要职责
1.根据客户要求带领项目团队完成测试
2.负责项目质量，过程控制与知识管理
3.与客户或在客户方工作的同事进行项目沟通
4.项目预估，计划与跟踪
5.必要时参与具体的测试工作如测试用例设计与执行等

关键要求
1.本科以上学历，计算机以及相关专业毕业
2.五年以上软件测试经验
3.两年以上测试管理经验
4.精通软件测试技术与流程
5.有项目预估、计划与控制经验
6.熟悉CMMI
7.有.Net, 性能测试，ERP经验者优先
8.做事积极主动，学习能力强
9.良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a project team to complete testing as per the client requirement.
2. Responsible for project quality, process control and knowledge management.
3. Communicate with client or onsite.
4. Project estimation, planning and tracking.
5. Participate detailed testing job like test case design and execution if necessary.

Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related.
2. 5 years + software testing working experience.
3. 2+ years’ testing management experience.
4. Expert in software testing related technique & process.
5. Have project estimation, planning and tracking experience.
6. Familiar with CMMI.
7. Self motivator and quick learner.
8. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese.
9. Performance testing, .Net, ERP experience are STRONGLY preferred

二、Testing Team Lead--MFGIVS--杭州2，上海2

主要职责
1、领导测试团队完成指定的项目
2、需求分析并制定测试策略
3、设计与执行测试用例
4、缺陷跟踪

关键要求
1、计算机相关专业，本科及本科以上
2、三年至五年的软件测试经验
3、两年以上测试管理经验
4、熟悉软件测试相关技术及流程
5、优秀的测试计划，项目预估与测试设计能力
6、优秀的口头及书面沟通能力，包括中文及英文
7、有.Net, 性能测试，ERP测试经验者优先
8、具有良好的团队合作精神
9、做事积极主动，学习能力强

Key Responsibilities

2. Analyze Business Requirement and generate Test Strategy
3. Design and execute Test Cases
4. Defect Tracking

Key Requirements

5. Excellent test plan, test estimation and test design ability.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese

8. Good attitude in team collaboration
9. Self motivator and quick learner
