PQA - Process Quality Assurance
Responsibility:
Focus on process execution and improvement for R&D center:
- Develop process quality assurance plan for projects
- Perform process audit for the project
- Provide process coaching and consulting to PM and project team, to resolve process issues and questions
- Perform analysis on process noncompliances
- Propose process improvement opportunities and suggestions
- Provide development process training for project team

Requirement:
- B.S or M.S Degree in Engineering, e.g. Computer, Electric or related majors
-At least 2 year's working experience in Quality Assurance or Process Improvement
- Strong English communication (oral and written)
- Extensive working experience in system/product development or testing.
- Skilled in continuously process improvement
- Familiar with CMM/CMMI is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive, quick learner, good team worker
