职位一：
Senior Test Engineer X1

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop effective test cases based on product requirements.
• Run various types of tests and record results.
• Analyze and isolate defects, create clear bug reports and verify bug fixes.
• Assist the development team with troubleshooting various technical issues.
• Configure and maintain various systems with latest windows operating systems and applications.
• Support NPI and Factory issues at CEM facilities.
• Maintain clear communication channels with North American office to implement new product testing needs.
• Participation in test code design reviews and provide technical feedbacks
Requirement:
• BSEE required, MSEE preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and development.
• Experience in design, development, and execution of test cases and test plans.
• Knowledge of data communication, GPIB protocol, C/C++ code and good operation of test equipment.
• Solid knowledge of test techniques and methods, as well as strong background in test engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with either CDMA-1xRTT/EVDO or GPRS/UMTS standards preferred
• Knowledge of 802.11 testing desirable
• Excellent English/Mandarin communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

职位二：
SW Test Lead X 1

Responsibilities:

•Lead a SW Test Team
•Design Test Cases, Create Test plans
•Run carrier acceptance or submission test plans for Novatel Wireless applications, systems, or products
•Ability to translate SW requirements into test cases
•erform functional/performance testing duties
•erform regression testing duties
•Report defects, track defects, resolve issues with the developers
•Creating SW Test evaluation reports

Requirement:

•5+ years of SW testing experience and 2+ years management skills
•BA of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or relevant field, CSQE, CSTE, CSTP preferred
•Team and resource management skills
•Knowledge and experience in Windows, Mac OS, Linux & embedded Linux
•Must understand QA processes and methodologies in a software development environment.
•Knowledge and experience in wireless industry and CDMA 1xRTT/EVDO, GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA technologies
•Defect-tracking tools experience,  Knows SW Testing tools
•Understanding of Testing Telecommunication devices
•Experience with automated testing tools
•Good Understanding of  the software development lifecycle
•Detail-oriented and  open-minded with a good personality
•Flexible team player, self-reliant and self-starter
•ositive attitude, quick and logical thinker
•Good analytical problem solving skills
•Excellent English communication skills and willing to travel
