L10N Translation & Engineering Engineer（本地化翻译和工程管理）

Number: 1
Reporting to L10N manager

Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for lead the translation for localized version of internet security products (like Simplified Chinese version German version, etc), to deliver quality translation on time.
2. Work closely with stakeholder teams (like localization vendor, marketing team, and product developing team, etc) in getting regional requirements, and coordinate project execution for result.
3. The tasks include performing analysis, set-up, and management of translation outsourcing task of localization projects, troubleshooting localized build's issue; analyzing, and fixing localization bugs,  and building up and maintain glossary and translation memory, etc.
4. Follow and improve product localization workflow and process for efficiency by creative thinking.

Requirements
1. Two or more years of project coordinator or related experience. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject.
2. Have knowledge of localization engineering for software UI, online help and publications. Be familiar with localization workflows.
3. Be excellent on resource and priority management skills, to fulfill task on schedule and quality.
4. Good to identify the issues in workflow and process, and make continual improvement accordingly.
5. Good English written and verbal communication skills, as well as Chinese.
6. Self-motivation style.
