岗位一职责：英语类测试经理

1. Lead a testing team with 20-30 persons, manage the testing process and balance the work distribution;
2. Act as the interface between test team and customer, prepare testing resource, set up testing team, and organize training for testing engineers;
3. More than 3 years working experience in a software outsourcing company; with at least 2 year in Project Management or QA/Testing;
4. Perform and coordinate software testing activities on Microsoft, Mac, Unix, Linux system, including user Interface test according to test cases, Middleware and Concept Test, black box functional test;
5. Prepare test plan, produce test reports and check testing engineers' reports;
6. Set up testing environment and testing process;
7. Inspire testing engineers and maintain a cooperative and cooperative atmosphere inside testing team;
8. Organize project review and other project management issues.
任职要求：
1. B.S in Electronic Engineering or other relevant field;
2. English skill at level 4 or better. Excellent English in both oral and written. Overseas experience is preferred;
3. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
4. Self-motivated and achievement oriented;
5. Familiar with project management tools such as Project 2000 and error management tools.


岗位二职责：日语类测试经理
