职位一：Senior QA
Responsibilities
•        Participate and/or lead multiple product quality initiatives.
•        Gather requirements, evaluate and define system test strategy, test plan, system test case specification and implement to them.
•        Work in Customer Care Engineering team to not only troubleshoot/reproduce the problems customers report but also bring the feedback to Engineering to make sure steps are taken to not repeat them in future.
•        Providing feedback to development and product management to improves InnoPath’s product quality in an on-going basis.
•        Test case design, managing cross-functional test plan reviews, test case execution, and
analysis of results
•        Documenting and tracking product defects encountered during the execution of test cases and determining root cause where applicable; working with cross functional teams to resolve issues identified
•        Preparing test reports describing test cases executed, measured results, and comparison against established test criteria
•        Providing guidelines for OMA/DM platforms
•        Implementing lab setups and maintaining the test environment
•        Analyses, troubleshooting, and identifying root cause failure
Requirements:
•        7+ years as Quality Assurance Engineer in software quality and testing organization.
•        Demonstrated ability to and drive successful end-to-end client/server product testing and be effective working in a distributed team environment.
•        Hands-on and passionate about product quality, testing, system architecture and usability.
•        Deep understanding of distributed system, client/server architecture, large scale deployment of highly available applications/services and integration with backend systems.
•        Hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting software and hardware

职位二：SrIOTEngineer
•        The Senior IOT engineer is responsible for resolving InnoPath software technical issues and ensures 3rd ** clients interoperate with InnoPath servers, 3rd ** servers interoperate with InnoPath clients.
•        The Senior IOT Engineer is responsible for a variety of tasks that involve software installation, configuration, testing, and support including:
o        Installs InnoPath software on a variety of platforms, including Sun, HP UX.
o        Supports customer and partner base on mission-critical applications through telephone and web based applications, or on site visits.
o        Reviews documentation and requirements and develop the high quality IOT test plans.
o        IOT test plan execution, automation.
o        Test result analyzation and issue debug.
o        IOT Servers maintenance.
Education and Skill Requirements
•        Bachelor's degree, with emphasis in Telecommunications, Computer Science or other technically related background.
•        5+ years of relevant QA experience
•        3+ years of testing in UNIX and Windows environments and can comfortably administer system
•        Familiar with GSM/GPRS or CDMA handset testing
•        Knowledge of Web technologies with experience in automating test suites for both Web-based and server-side applications.
•        Database expertise (especially Oracle and MySQL)
•        Solid bug tracking and test reporting skills
•        Effective tracking, maintenance, and update of test cases and test suites
•        Excellent analytical determination and problem solving skills
•        Programming in at least one scripting language (Shell, bash, Perl, Python)
•        Experience in testing/Development with JUnit, Java
•        Knowledge of OMA CP, OMA DM, OMA DL, FUMO, HTTP.
•        Ability to work in a small team environment where self-driven and self-motivated capabilities are key
•        Initiative and innovation with a passion for process improvement
•        Detail-oriented and creative with questioning mind

•        Good knowledge with the one or more of the following products and technologies: Oracle, Weblogic
•        Knowledge of the wireless industry and standards with practical experience in testing of handset and server solutions.
Highly Desirable
•        Knowledge of SNMP, system, network and application management software and products
•        Experience in testing mobile device and server management software
•        Knowledge of J2EE application servers, various forms of service-oriented architecture
•        Knowledge of Portal technologies and deployment experience
•        Knowledge of high availability and scalable system deployment experience
•        Scripting experience with: Perl, Python, shell, Tcl/Expect, Ruby
