1.能够快速理解用户需求，对敏捷开发有一定理解
2.熟练编写测试计划，测试用例，测试报告
3.有一定的开发语言基础，有B/S结构下测试的经验
4.有使用自动化测试工具的经验，熟练应用QTP或Selenium测试工具
5.熟悉CMMI流程，懂得使用MQC，SVN工具
6.能够快速执行测试，缺陷管理，能够很好与开发人员进行沟通
7.机算机本科或相关专业
8.英语 CET-4或以上，能用英语进行交流。
