Job Description
Provide leadership and direction for process improvement
Provide direction for the SEPG team.
Prepare & track process improvement and deployment plan
Collect inputs for changes to the Domain-specific processes from ADS suppliers, coordinating with the AIME supplier and presenting to the Customer for approval
Provide subject matter expertise for Process Management Process Areas of CMMI
Experienced in leading organizations to CMMI Level 4
Perform causal analysis
Job Requirements
Operational experience in process definition and tailoring
Experienced in all phases of a project life cycle
Experience driving IT delivery process definitions, maturity and improvements for medium to large IT organizations
Lead CMM or CMMI Level 4+ or higher assessment process
Software development methodology
Process Implementation experience
Management and Leadership
CSQA certified
ITIL process framework experience
