主要工作职责与责任
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
approach for each assignment
Develop Test Plan including detailed test schedule, assure proper approval sign-offs.
Develop a variation review document that can be used to verify complete test coverage.
Write and Execute all test cases and test suites within the allocated test execution schedule.
Assure fixes for all defects are verified once available in an official driver.
Produce weekly status reports and execution charts so that team leads, management, and project managers are aware of progress

职位所需知识、技能和能力
KSA (Knowledge, Skill and Abilities):
Familiar with programming languages (C/C++ or other scripting language)
Familiar with UNIX or Linux operation system
Familiar with Software Engineering Method and testing process
zOS skills and experience is a plus
Familiar with Rational test tools or other testing tools is a plus
Good commands of English reading and writing
1 ~ 3 years of working experiences in IT industry as a system tester.
BS at CS or related field
Good commands of English reading and writing
"Familiar with testing methodologies.
Familiar with UNIX or Linux operation system"
