操作系统: 熟悉微软Windows系列，能够熟练操作大部分办公应用软件；了解Linux系统中常用命令、远程管理的应用，以及从测试角度掌握APACHE、VFTP、mysql等常用工具与环境的搭建。
数据库：熟悉SQL Server，包括SQL语言和数据库事务。

职业培训
2005年11月-至今  在同济大学经过51testing软件测试的工程师培训。培训内容：由软
件测试理论和软件测试技术两方面组成，理论方面：系统地学习了软件测试理论，技术方面：熟悉了对软件开发和测试的整个流程，在工具的使用和文档的撰写方面也有较为全面的实践培训，最后，完成2个大项目的测试实践，达到自己对软件测试知识的全面掌握。使自己能够做到软件测试专业化、规范化，从而保证软件的质量要求。
2005年7月-9月   在泰克参加过思科CCNA的系统培训。
