Fesco recruit one test automation engineer to work in a test automation team of a global tele-communication company(Motorola). The team has 7 years in the company, comprise some talents who are the experts on the areas of test-automation, linux, embedded system, some remarkable innovations can be delivered every year which are helping the company to reach its business goals with higher quality. E.g. the smart memory testing solution in mobile device; the backtrace against memory leaks or errors; the camera KPI solution for performance testing; the in-room GPS auto-test solution; the test coverage profiler based on android platform;

Basic requirement:

1. Have passion, be active, would like to devote into the mobile device testing and related code development work as one major part of
personal career development.

2. Excellent communication and team work spirit.

3. High quality sensibility, know how to test software product or embedded system

4. Be proficient in JAVA programming, 1~3 years of Java programming experience, deeply understand Junit, understand the android programming is better

5. Has good knowledge background of software lifecycle, can understand the importance of process and know the direction to improve the process.
deeply being familiar with agile development and testing will have the priority.

6. Have good solid base of OS, be familiar with linux OS and it's kernel , especially the memory management and the driver programming,
  more understanding android is better .

7. Strong C and C++ programming background , in-depth understand how to do an embedded system development .

8. Fluent english speaking and writing.

9. Computer Sicence or EE bachelor or master.

10.1~3 Years working experience

Job responsibility:

1. Participate in the mobile device(android platform) stress&stability testing, memory testing , regression testing , CTS, monkey testing, KPI testing

2. Design and develop high-quality JAVA(J2SE and android JAVA) scripts that support automation stress&stability and regression testing.

3. Coordinate with mobile device developer & SPM & STPM to drive the product bugs to be fixed as soon as possible.
