Job Summary:
The QA engineer is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, planning, execution and maintenance of automated and manual testing, reporting of test results and defect management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•        Executes test cases / Scripts and analyzes outcomes.
•        Performs testing and documenting the actual results
•        Performs all aspects of defect tracking
•        Creates test data if required
•        Develop test scripts, test conditions, test procedures and expected results for one or more test plans, including product, component, assembly, performance, and user acceptance tests
•        Execute test scripts
•        Validate fixes and ensures follow through to all test cycles
•        Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process
•        Reporting bugs for analysis
•        Documenting the actual results and metrics
•        Analyzes defects to determine root cause
•        Communicating execution status to the Test Manager
•        Organizes testing execution and results
•        Maintains information in appropriate testing tools
•        Perform job role according to defined testing standards and procedures.
•        Continuous Improvement – Continuously review and help define new standards and procedures within the organization to improve efficiencies and quality.

Requirements:
•        Relevant work experience in the following areas:
•        Experience with HP Quality Center, Quick Test Professional (QTP) or any other equivalent testing tools
•        Experience working in both Windows and Linux platforms
•        Strong SQL and PL/SQL exposure
•        Proven ability to create test cases, test data, and test procedures.
•        Experience developing scripts to automate user interface testing using QTP (Nice to Have)
•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
•        Good English communication skills.

Senior QA: 5年及以上测试经验，有project lead经验，英语读写优秀，听说良好。
QA engineer: 2年以上测试经验，英语读写良好,有一定技术特长
Junior QA: 1年左右测试经验，英语读写良好。

招senior QA一名，要求有丰富B/S测试经验，最好有WebService测试经验和Scrum经验，如果熟悉Java编程，英语方面和项目管理经验方面均可降低要求。
QA一名，要求不少于2年B/S测试经验，有跨国团队合作经验，英语听力方面有一定要求。
