Job Description:
- Tech Lead in QTP QA team, reporting to QA manager.
- The position requires interpersonal skill set and the ability to work with peers and interfaces overseas while being in strong relationships with R&D TL’s and Offshore TLs.
- Managing a product built in different technologies, while having the capability to see the overall picture.
- Need the ability to drill down where needed into specific area, using technological skills.
Summary: Challenging role, technological abilities, product orientation, QA experience and project management skills. Manage multiple interfaces located locally and overseas.
Responsibilities:
- Work with IL QA & DEV group managers to determine QA requirements, methodology and working models in cooperation and alignment with SEL dev TL.
- Work with QA team leaders in Israel and Ukraine to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance of products.
- Designing & developing functional and/or technical capabilities within the product
- Well organized and excellent quality deliveries discipline (e.g. features, patches, certifications).
- Provide in depth technical knowledge and guidance to the team, according to identified needs.
- Input to planning timelines for both engineering and quality assurance.
- Identify areas in which automation can make testing activities more efficient.
- Manage, coach and motivate team members to ensure a highly productive and efficient team.
- Providing technical knowledge , business aspects and guidance to the team, according to identified needs.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in Automation (our tools are advantage). (necessary)
- Knows VB script.
- Familiar with QC or other QA Management tool.
- Familiar in one for the following: WEB,Java,.NET in the level of understand the Code and ability to integrate with testing it.(necessary)
- Knows the WEB world (WEB2.0, Web Server, Web Services).
- 3 tier applications (Web server application server and DB server).
- English Communication skill should be high.(necessary)
- Ability to Lead a specific area in the product and communicate directly with the Relevant Stakeholders in the Other Groups as well.
- Ability to report his progress and status in high level.
- Indentify risks and raising flags on time as part of an overall team strategy.
- Agility making sure that he can handle several tasks/changes in parallel and still have the ability to prioritize right.
测试技术主管 - LoadRunner(QA Tech Lead)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- To lead local LR QA team
- Create Master Test Plan based on defined content, resource planning (people/environments), define risks, open issues, and include mitigation plan
- Create and manage team detailed work plan (Iterations Plan, Release Plan, etc.)
- Work with overseas teams in high coordination (peers, stakeholders & managers from Dev & QA)
- Plan and monitor team tasks
- Train team members
- Perform test reviews to team members
- Provide real time status on areas tested in his team
- To be able to test curtail/crucial areas in the product
- To be the technical lead of the team and familiar with the product E2E epically in areas under his team responsibility
- Take part and influence R&D design meetings
Qualifications:- Very High level English (speaking, reading & writing) - Must
- 2+ years leading QA team
- Experience of performance or load testing
- Familiar with at least one performance testing tool
- Familiar with LoadRunner or Performance Center - Advantage
- Programming Skills
- Experience of manual QA
- QA knowledge - Design and execute tests according to specs (requirements), report bugs, QA methodologies and ect.)
- Familiarity with Web and Web 2.0 technologies
- Familiarity with windows OS
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux OS – Advantage
- Familiarity with HP (Mercury) tools – Advantage
- Experience in software development - Advantage
- Experience in test automation – Advantage
- B.A/BSC in computer science
