4. 熟悉单元测试、集成测试和系统测试各阶段的目的和内容，擅于对照ISO9126质量模型制定各阶段的测试计划、测试方案，设计测试用例，撰写测试日志和测试报告等文档的规范写作；熟悉黑盒测试和白盒测试方法；
5. 熟悉基于B/S、C/S架构功能测试、性能测试、GUI测试、安全性测试、配置测试和兼容性测试方法,并能对测试结果进行有效的分析；
6. 掌握软件需求跟踪、基线变更、缺陷跟踪及同行评审等具体流程和方法并且能够运用到实际工作情况中去；
7. 熟练掌握WinRunner、LoadRunner、Robot、SQABasic、 PureCoverage、CppUnit等测试工具，并对自动化测试工具的结构及原理有所了解；掌握VSS、ClearCase、CVS等配置管理工具；掌握 TestDirector测试管理工具，ClearQuest、Bugzalla等缺陷跟踪工具。

其他技能
1. 熟悉C语言、VC++、VisualBasic编程及TCL脚本语言；
2. 熟悉SQL server数据库，能运用SQL语句进行基本的增加、删除、修改、查询等操作；了解操作系统原理；熟悉计算机网络原理，对网络中的OSI模型、TCI/IP协议有所了解；
