Job Description

• Communicate with WW stakeholder, participate requirement analysis, solution design and lead test planning
• Lead test environment preparation, test case design, test execution and status report
• Improve the test process and methodology for better test efficiency
• Work with the WW/Local team leads to drive innovation during the full lifecycle of development
• Work together with worldwide counterparts to build mutual trust relationship
• Mentor the testers across test projects.
  

Required Skills

• 8+ years of working/leading experience, has rich experience in product system test
• Strong skills on testing process, methodology and tools,
• Strong skills on test automation techniques and tools
• Strong skills on performance test, load/stress test methodology
• Familiar with Windows/Linux/Solaris operating system
• Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
• Knowledge of financial markets domain a plus
• Good command of both Chinese and English
• Excellent communication skill
• Self-motivated team player

• Bachelor's Degree
• English: Fluent
• Chinese simplified: Fluent
