Tools Manager -- Olympic Project (1名) (北京市)
Job description:
· Implements, maintains and supports the testing tools (Test Director, Load Runner, etc).
· Implements, maintains and supports other tools (Configuration Management, Change Management, etc).
· Customizes, develops and maintains other tools to meet the project needs
· Trains and supports testing teams in utilizing the tools
· Prepares, runs and manages automated test, including performance test.
Required experience, skills and abilities:
· Solid computer and programming skills (five years experience required)
· Good understanding of current web technologies as well Microsoft application software.
· Good understanding of configuration management and change management tools.
· Good understanding in testing complex software applications and in utilizing testing tools (test management tool, load and performance tool, automating test tool, etc)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
· Ability to work in a high pressure environment
· Minimal Bachelor degree
· Fluent English
