QA Manager
Manages manual and automation QA teams. Ensures that the company’s products meeting total quality management standards and other reliability standards. Reaches and implements new or improved testing methods, processes, tools, and system to optimize QA resources
Duties:
?Manages and perform testing and leadership tasks on all cross-product project
?Assists project team with approach and provide work leadership to QA teams
?Establish and maintain high standard QA process and best practices
?Direct QA roadmap for automation solution
?Keep peer or higher level management informed of schedule, priority and problems
?Resource allocation including budget and personnel
?Manages personnel activity of staff i.e., hires, trains, motivates, disciplines
Qualifications:
?Master degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent
?5+ years QA working experiences, at least 2 years management practice
?Proven track record for high quality product delivery
?Excellent project management skill, PMP is a plus
?Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
?High knowledge of development process on data networking products
?Successful case for automation framework design and deployment in cost effectives
?Can-do attitude and result oriented
