Communicator Testing Engineer
Good in C/C++ programming skill
Ability to write test protocols based on requirements
Experience with configuration management and bug tracking tools
Embedded software (firmware) testing/development and design experience is a plus

Job Description:
•        Take an area defined in the Test Strategy and write test protocols that cover requirements
•        Write automated/semi-automated test scripts from a protocol, which is a detailed design description of the test
•        Execute and debug test scripts
•        Capture and analyze test logs
•        Identify defects, document analysis and test results in defect tracking systems
•        Work with cross-functional teams to analyze, triage and resolve system issues
•        May have to develop/update tools for test infrastructure

职位2：Senior/Intermediate Level Software Engineer for Systems Test Team

Education
•        BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering
English Language Proficiency
•        Good verbal and written communication skills
•        4-Expert or 5-Fluent

Testing Skills
•        Clear understanding of testing methodologies such as Black Box Testing, White Box Testing
•        Ability to perform requirements analysis
•        Ability to write test protocols based on requirements
•        Ability to write manual and automated test code in an Object-Oriented language (Python, C++, Java)

Development Skills
•        Ability to write code, unit tests, integration tests in an Object-Oriented language in an IDE (WinIDE, Eclipse, Visual Studio)
•        Ability to execute and debug code
•        Good understanding of database concepts; working knowledge of SQL

Work Experience
•        BS + 7 yrs of relevant software development experience
or MS + 5 yrs of relevant software development experience
•        Experience with change management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, AccurRev, PVCS VM, Rational ClearCase, Rational ClearQuest
•        Experience with Oracle, SQL Server or DB2
•        Experience with Unix or Linux OS
•        Experience with Agile/Scrum (Plus)
•        Experience with Embedded Systems development/testing (Plus)

Certifications (Preferred)
•        Testing - CSTE, CSQE or other equivalent
•        Programming Languages – J2EE or equivalent
•        Scrum Master
•        PMP
