某外资IT公司在深圳招聘QA Analyst外资银行项目。
具体要求如下：
Application/QA Analyst on distributed and/or mainframe application. Accountable for the various activities with QA testing and/or test automation for software application currently in production and/or in development in conformity with the an international bank IT project. Delivery Framework. Requires experience or understanding of multiple programming languages and systems as well as system design and test methodology.  Must have comprehensive expertise in the software development process.

Contributes to and monitors test planning, test preparation and scripting, and test execution according to defined best practices, standards and procedures.
Reviews Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements and to provide comment/feedback to business analyst/development team so to ensure these deliverables are of high quality.
Assesses risk to quality service based upon results of verification and validation.

Development and maintenance of detailed test plan including test case design, testing schedule, control worksheets.
Understand and translate the requirement specifications into test scenarios and test cases. Creates detailed test cases and scripts and ensuring adherence to established test standards and procedures.
Executes test scripts and documents defects.  Works with development team to analyze and resolve defects.
Support and coordinate testing with users.
Prepare statistics and reports on test status.
Development and maintenance of test automation scripts, test driver, and test simulator.

Essential Skills / Experience :
Strong background on either mainframe or Unix platform, Oracle database and Client Server applications development.
Proficient in SQL statements
Application development experience
Ability to read and comprehend business requirements and high level design deliverables well enough to create detailed test cases.  Ability to map test cases to business requirements.   
Proficient Quality Assurance/Testing Methodology
Proficient Mercury Quality Center
Proficient Software Development Lifecycle principles


Preferred Skills / Experience :
Proficient Treasury Services Payment and Deposit knowledge (or related banking experience)
Proficient in Automation Test Tool (e.g. Quick Test Pro)
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with end users and technical teams.
Self-motivation, assertiveness, problem solving skills and a mindset to challenge assumptions and status quo.
Proficient communication
MS Office tools
