职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
-Gather and communicate project status to management.
-May supervise the work of at least one junior team member.
-Lead automated test plan development, execution, and delivery of well-tested solutions with short time to market.
-Design manual test protocol.
-Responsible for defining the best areas of the products to automated.
-Responsible for designing, implementing, and running automation architectures and processes using a variety of tools.
-Research new automation opportunities and tools.
-Conduct manual product testing (system, functional, regression, compatibility, end –to-end, and usability testing at all development stages) as is needed.

Job Requirements:
-Formal QA testing experience (minimum 3 years)
-Complete understanding of SQA Methodology and Framework
-Distributed application programming experience
-UNIX and Windows scripting experience
-UNIX and Windows cross-platform testing experience
-Test Automation skills including scripting and/or performance testing using Perl, Python or various other software testing tools
-J2EE technologies including EJB, JSP, JDBC
-Ability to understand complex systems rapidly and assimilate data effectively
-Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
-Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
-Ability to handle multiple priorities
-Excellent communication skills
