Job Title: Automation TestingRequirements:

1.    2+ years of software testing experience

2.    Understanding of software testing lifecycle

3.    Good knowledge of test case design, test execution and report

4.    Work experience using HP Mercury QuickTestPro (QTP)

5.    Familiar with QA and testing methodology

6.    Must have great attention to detail and strong analysis skills.

7.    Must be able to work in a team environment yet be self-directed.

8.    Good English communication skills

Responsibility:

1.    Create testing plan, design testing case, and execute testing

2.    Develop test scripts (manual and automated), execute tests manually and via automated testing tools.

3.    Work with development team to track and fix bugs.

4.    Create test reports and track the defects using test management tools

Education:
1.    B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent

This position is responsible for performing functional regression(automation) and performance testing for projects .You will work with other senior team members to follow effective processes and best practices for QA testing and supporting. You will need to have excellent communication skills and outstanding test engineering skills to deliver high quality output of the projects assign to you. The projects cover variety of environments (J2EE and .Net) across a wide variety of operating systems (windows and Linux) and hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for software system testing and regression testing.

- Responsible for test case design based on project background.

- Be responsible to execute test cases/scripts independently.

- Be able to analyze test result and generate test report.

- Be able to communicate with domain side on project related issues.

- Responsible to the integrity of test plans, data, environments, etc. Keep test deliverables current according to application changes

- Communicate information timely and appropriately to customer and/or relevant parties

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors

- Working experience in the software development life cycle: Development and QA

- Hand on experience in web-based technologies including web service and XML

- Understanding of multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux and HPUX) and Oracle database

- Fluent English oral communication skills

- Teamwork sprit
