Software Development Engineer in Testing

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C/C++/C# and solid design/coding/debugging skill are required;

• Good software testing sense, prior testing experience preferred;

• At least 2 years of professional software development and/or test experience;

• Understanding of quality assurance processes and software development lifecycles;

• BS/MS degree in computer science or related technical discipline is required;

• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;

• Dynamics AX development experience, X++ coding/unit testing experience would be a big plus;
• Functional understanding of ERP domain/applications and basic accounting knowledge;

responsibilities :
Examine, validate and test software protocol specification documents
Your duties focus on creating test plans, setting up test environments, executing and maintaining automated test suites, and the analysis of the results.
work with the testing team and the development team to investigate, report and track defects.
Requirement:

1-3 years experience as a STE, experience with scripts.
Experience with Exchange Server deployment/configurations.
Know about Exchange protocols, e.g. TNEF, S/MIME, etc.
Know about Bin/Hex, Base64/DES, UTF-8/ASCII.
Excellent written English.
Passion for, and commitment to, software testing.
Capable of working both independently and with others as a team.

主要职责：

1.审查，验证和测试软件协议规范文件。
2.侧重于建立测试计划，建立测试环境，执行和维护自动化测试套件，并分析结果。
3.与测试团队和开发团队进行缺陷调查，报告和跟踪。

任职资格:
1.1-3年软件测试工程师经验；脚本经验。
2.Exchange Server部署/配置经验，了解Exchange协议，如TNEF，S / MIME等。
3.了解Bin/Hex， Base64/DES ， UTF-8/ASCII 。

Requirements:



l  # of position: 2 senior tester + 2~3 junior tester

l  On-board time: TBD, around March-April time frame

l  Job description:

n  Perform manual test and test automation on varied networking products

n  Communicate with client in US through email, IM, phone call, etc.

n  Maintain test cases repository

n  Manage defect tracking system

n  Compile project summary with data analysis

n  Occasional shift/weekend work

l  Requirement:

n  Bachelor degree in computer science or relevant

n  English CET 4 is a must, CET 6 is a plus

n  Senior test with 3+ years experience in with fluent English in both writing and verbal

n  Junior tester with 1+ experience in testing networking products with good English comprehension

n  Candidates will be considered as Junior tester without relevant experience but having experience in telecom, test automation, or other hardware

n  Experience in using tools such as Ixia, Sniffer, etc.

n  Capability in test automation is a plus

n  Have personal passport

requirement:

•        Solid basic knowledge on software engineering and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming);
•        Good C#, .NET coding skill, be familiar with SQL;
•        Good testing sense, and would like to work as a tester (SDET);
•        Good communication and analytical skills;
