昆山:是将来的金融商务中心,房价,消费水平都比上海市区低很多,可以考虑去那边发展下!
适合的候选人:准备买房子,上海太贵,可以考虑去昆山发展下,

需要经验:7-10年,将来要管理将近1000人的团队,很不错的一个机会!
Primmary Skills (Must Have Skills)
• Well versed with the complete software development lifecycle and Software Testing Life Cycle
• Good in Testing Concepts (SDLC, STLC, Testing Techniques, Types and Levels of Testing, Defect Lifecycle, Traceability Matrix)
• Basic Knowledge on Platforms like Windows / Unix / Mainframes / Midrange/Web based applications
• Good with automation frameworks and familiar with automation test tools
• Very good knowledge of at least one test management tool like Quality Centre
• Knowledge of Quality processes and testing metrics
• Knowledge specific to a industry domain like Banking/Capital Markets/Insurance
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Proven track record of having handled testing teams in their day to day testing tasks like test planning, execution, logging incidents, escalations, fixes and closure
• Should be able to lead and train team in s/w engg skills.
Project Management skills:
• Strong client management and consulting skills
• Should be able to scope and estimate test projects if required.
• Should posses selling skills.
• Should understand cost management.
• Should be able to sell FS GBU services.
Domain Skills:
• Should understand client's business processes at least at a high level.
• Should be able to understand client requirements precisely and involve people with right skills at various stages of selling and project life-cycle.
• Should be able to develop business cases while selling ideas.
Soft Skills:
• Should posses good consulting, communication, conflict management, convincing, and presentation skills.

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have Skills)
• Experience in at least one specialized testing area like test automation/performance/security
• Skilled level Database knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities
• Set up the testing team by identifying the relevant roles, defining their responsibilities, timelines for roll-on and roll-off of the resources
• Work with Staffing and HR to identify and staff the defined roles in committed timelines
• Work with other stakeholders to identify projects and define a road map with short term and long term goals.
• Identify and manage TCOE activities and deliverables – these will be umbrella activities and not related to any specific project.
• Own and manage the delivery of Test Strategies and Test Plans for identified projects
• Identify quality processes and metrics for SLAs, which would be in conformance to the organization processes defined
• Identify testing tools, manage their procurement and implementation
• Implement and manage testing procedures for the various testing activities defined in the test strategies.
• Coach testing teams in use of test processes and tools
• Pro-actively estimate, plan, monitor and re-plan resource and activities
• Monitor progress against estimates
• Conduct regular meetings with test teams and other stakeholders for updates and escalations
• Provide management reporting
• Be the point of contact for escalations for testing activities/ issues
• Risk assessment and escalations
• Allocate tasks to Test Team Leaders
• Interface with Project/Programmer managers and other project work leaders
• Coordinate test environments with the environment management teams
• Liaison with the business team
• Provide overall Test sign-off
• Manage availability of resources
• Evaluate the overall quality as a result of testing activities
• Participate in quality gate meetings and provide sign-off on testing activities
• Manage internal and external client expectations
• Participate in business development support activities
• Identify / Implement Improvement opportunities like Metrics / Productivity Improvement Plan For Team
• Conduct team appraisals, manage team issues and conflict resolutions

China Specific Responsibility
• Provide trainings on Testing Technology and Industry Products in Insurance Domain
• Update knowledge repository related to Insurance Domain
• Active participation in Recruitment Activities
• Ownership in Business Development Activities ( RFP Responses, Solutioning, Client presentations)
• Leverage best practices followed by the group for implementation in China
• Mentoring of test engineers
• Prepared career path for Test Engineers
• Work with various BUs for setting up Teams in China
• Work with various BUs for suitable opportunities for Test Engineers
• Initiate Center specific initiatives and work till closure
