Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Work in a testing team as a test leader
• Working with the project team and clients to get an understanding of the business environment, technical context, conformance criteria and testing objectives for a project
• Plan and execute the analysis of the testing requirements of a project in order to define a testing strategy
• Understand and recommend the use of the appropriate automated testing tools
• Define the metrics to be collected to monitor the performance and effectiveness of testing for a project
• Provide guidance and related testing activities to the project teams and clients
• Communicate with all stakeholders for a project to assist in managing testing issues and risks
• Provide consultative support on all aspects of the testing process for a project
• Develop and present testing proposals to internal and external clients
• Identifies and recommends improvements to methods and standards for a project, and recommend changes
• Learn and popularize new tools, techniques, and technologies
• Support knowledge management, and improve testing by working and discussing with the whole team
• Coach testing specialists and test analysts
Education and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree (Or higher) or equivalent experience
• 6 or more years related experience
Or
• Master’s degree (Or higher) or equivalent experience
• 4 or more years related experience
Knowledge and Skills
• 6 or more years experience in delivering multiple testing services in multiple complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent in English
• Proficient in project management and customer management
• Proficient in technical leadership skills
• Exceptional in testing and development methodologies and their interaction
• Exceptional in understanding requirements, design specifications, and testing strategy (Be skillful to perform ambiguity analysis, perform risk analysis, establish testing priorities and scope, develop testing strategy, review testing strategy, validate requirements and specifications, develop test plans, review test plan, develop test scenarios, select test design techniques and develop testing metrics collection plan in order to plan and prepare for testing)
• Exceptional in testing analysis and design, functional and performance models, and test specifications (Be skillful to develop functional models for testing, develop performance models for testing, evaluate and validate test cases and scripts, validate functional models for testing, validate performance models for testing, develop test specifications, validate test specifications, validate testing coverage, escalate quality issues for resolution, evaluate test automation tools and validate testing environment in order to develop test specifications)
• Exceptional in performance testing (Be skillful to analyze performance requirements, plan performance testing, design performance test cases, analyze performance test results)
• Exceptional in testing processes and tools (Be skillful to execute test cases and scripts, analyze test results, report on testing progress and results, facilitate defect resolution and document final test results in order to execute testing engagement)
• Proficient in testing metrics (Be experienced to review test summary report, provide testing project feedback and archive testing assets in order to verify completion of testing) |
