职位描述  
工作职责：
1.按照测试流程和测试规范独立完成分配的测试任务；
2.根据产品规范和用户测试需求编写测试计划，设计测试数据和测试用例，负责自动化测试脚本调试编写；
3.实施软件测试，对软件下线进行跟踪分析和报告，推动测试中发现缺陷及时合理解决；
任职要求：
1.正规本科以上学历，计算机、通讯工程毕业优先考虑；
2.熟悉软件测试基本理论和技术，熟悉软件开发和测试流程，熟悉至少1种数据库，能熟练使用SQL进行数据操作；
3.1年以上测试工作经验，熟练使用QC、QTP、LOADRUNNER、Winrunner测试软件优先；
4.熟悉操作系统、数据库和网络技术；
5.熟悉至少1种数据库，能熟练使用SQL进行数据操作；
6.熟悉移动、电信业务优先；
7.有良好的合作与沟通能力、诚实敬业、学习能力强；
Job description:
1.  Be familiar with SQL,analysis subjects of systems and provide test datas for system testing
2.  Develop test cases for the CRM of Sichuan Mobile
3.  Work on testing Windows'platform
4.  Tracking and analyzing bugs based on CRM system bug console
5.  Write bug reports on QC
6.  Develop automation testing scripts
Requirement:
>Bachelor degree; major in Computer Science related.
>Acceptable program skills in reading, writing &speaking.
>High level design,Intergration and regression testing
>1+ years hands-on g experience, prefer in all kinds of testing methodology and testing tools like QTP/Load Runner.
>Strongly interest in software testing, background in computer will be preferred.
>Being familiar with QTP,QC and loadrunner will be perferred.
>Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
>Be able to work under pressure.
