Position: Flex Software Testing Engineer
Location： Beijing

Description:
  This person will work as part of a China-based software development team in cooperation with SAS HQ software development team in the United States. Provides the testing and development service in professional level during development cycle of certain software products.

Duties:
1.Work with HQ to develop a new testing framework for Flex components; includes design, develop, integrate, maintain, and document testing tools.
2. Designs, develops, executes unit test and functionality test case for Flex components independently in the I18N perspective, verifies, and analyzes the testing results to isolate software bugs.
3. Perform the required testing services for potential software hot fixes, bug fixes.
4. Develop Test Plans, documents testing tasks and deliver regular test report and reviewing report as needed.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field;
2.More than 3 years of experience in software development, good understanding of application  development lifecycle;
3.Strong software testing experience;
4.Familiar with Flex application development and testing; Good knowledge in Java software globalization.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
6.Good interpersonal, work independently and team play
7.Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking

Preferences:
1.I18N development and/or testing experience;
2.Has experience in one open source testing automation tool;
3.Good knowledge of multiple operating systems, especially Unix/Linux;
4.Experience in Business Intelligence and SAS.
