其实一份简历的关键是突出重点，方便招聘企业看到想看的信息

不好说有什么重点，做的项目不少，但都是功能性和UI的测试，照着testcase测就行了，感觉没什么技术含量

重点是要从对方的角度出发，不是自己的角度

所在前一个的公司角度是既然你做网络技术，那么所有帖点边的什么维护啊，调试啊，你就去吧，不会现给我学。
目前做测试呢，公司的角度是不需要做别的，给你的项目做完了，把report一交就ok,
轻松了很多，不知不觉都快3年了，也没感觉有什么积累

其实我所说的是要考虑招聘单位和个人的思路，方便他们找到想看的信息，把重要的信息放在前面

恩，重要的放在前面，方便招聘单位看，看来以前写简历的方式已经过时了。。想换工作真不容易，不如回家开小卖部。

其实想清楚了也就很简单了，其实一个人一辈子都在做这样的事，你必须去推销自己，然后求职；必须去推销自己的想法，获得领导或公司的器重；还必须去推销自己的情感，获得异性的青睐和爱情……

用推销不一定合适，但是如果我们都能够以销售人员的角度来考虑问题，站在对方的立场考虑一下，很多事情会容易得多

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Beijing, China.
Report To: Global QA Manager, China Development Center
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Write test specifications for product features
• Design and execute functional tests
• Design and implement test infrastructure
• Design and execute system tests
• Review product documentation

Qualifications

• BS/MS Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Over 2 years of commercial software testing experience
• Proficient in test automation framework and tools or load / stress test tools
• Proficient in Unix scripts, Windows scripts, or other scripting language
• Experience or knowledge in one of the following
o J2EE Application Server (Weblogic, JBOSS)
o Oracle database server
o JUnit for white box testing
o Perl programming
o Test automation
o Testing for Embedded system or Development Board

Experience

• Over 2 years of commercial software testing experience
• Experience as a software development is a plus.


Character

• Smart, flexible diligent and professional-willing to work hard but have fun doing it.
• Open, good communication skill.
• Ability to learn and add value quickly.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and goal orientation.
• Straightforward, honest, team player.
