一 System Test Engineer
Qualification:
•  5+ years experience with system verification for telecommunications/Data
Networking (Layer2/Layer3, WLAN, 802.11x) products
•  Hands-on experience of manual testing and system level testing of
complex system, Network Management System
Test automation experience using Tcl/Expect, Perl. Knowledge of a GUI
test tool (iTest, Silktest) is a plus
•  Working knowledge of L2/L3, Ethernet, 802.1x (PEAP, MS CHAP,

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who wants to play a key role in our
fast-paced and challenging environment. The position involves designing and
implementing new features related to wireless client session management and
authentication and also resolving issues in these areas.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute functional/system test cases to ensure product quality and

applicable.  Report product defects and assist in the isolation and resolution.  
Provide input to design reviews and test tool selections/improvements.

•  BSCS/MSCS with 5+ years SQA experience or 3+ years SQA with

Service, or IT professional with related networking equipment.

Job Qualification and Experience
•  B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Industrial Engineering.
•  At least 5 years of hand-on experience in Contract Manufacturing environment and additionally 2 or more years
of working experience with Telecom OEM is preferred.
•  Knowledge in CAD and Gerber tools
•  Knowledge working with Agile (Engineering/Documentation Control Database)
•  Quality standards: IPC, ISO, and Lean manufacturing system knowledge is plus
•  Microsoft tools, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio is a plus
•  Thorough hands-on knowledge of Telecommunication products assembly and can read components and
subassembly drawings.
•  Recent expertise in Lead-free PCB assembly process including SMT, reflow soldering and box build processes.
•  Experience in solder paste stencil design, in-depth knowledge in solder paste print process and BGA X-ray.
•  Identify, analyze and implement corrective actions to reduce rework, and improve yields, product quality and
reliability and ensure that effective failure analysis and root-cause corrective action is performed.
•  Knowledge in product packaging, labeling and palletized shipment requirements.
•  Knowledge in quality, statistical process control and on site audit process.
•  Sound technical judgment in solution of technical problems. Must have the ability to analyze data and make
engineering decisions based on analyses.
•  Must be able to work independently in a self-initiated basis, as well as in a team environment.
•  Knowledge of RoHS & WEEE requirements.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good customer and supplier interfacing skills
•  Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and Mandarin
