Summary
The Adobe Flash Player team is looking for a Quality Developer Engineer to join us in building the next release of our client-side runtime technology. As the team chartered to deliver the world’s most widely distributed software in the world, we have a unique challenge in front of us. We’re looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure the integrity of a critical piece of the Flash Platform. If you enjoy working with advanced technologies, aren’t intimidated by aggressive goals, and have a proven commitment to delivering great software, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities
• Work with developer team on defining test plans and validating both new and existing functionality.
• Designing and automating tests for globalization testing to ensure complete test coverage for all areas of the product with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Analyze bug, results and write detailed reports that accurately isolate the problem.

Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
• 3 or more years of proven experience testing commercial software.
• Strong technical capabilities with solid coding skills in ActionScript or another OOP language such as Java or C#.
• Solid experience in test automation.
• Deep understanding of Unicode and encoding in web page.
• Ability to analyze, isolate and document complex technical issues.
• Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction.
• Flexibility to move between tasks.
• Web design experience. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, SQL and server-side scripting languages.
• Ability to avoid distractions and deliver against deadlines.
• Able to act as an advocate for both internal and external customers to ensure we successfully deliver on the requirements and expectations.
• Must be a quick learner and able to transform a simple example into a comprehensive test suite that fully exercises a defined set of functionality.
• Organized and detail-oriented personality.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proactive about working with others.
• Should be strong communicator and able to articulate ideas clearly.

Ideal
• Experience working with Linux
• Expertise in one or more of the following server technologies: JSP, Cold Fusion and .Net.
• Expertise in using Adobe Flash.
• Fluent in computer graphics and related multimedia technologies including audio and video
• Experience working with Ant.
• Experience working in globalization testing.

Responsibilities
• Work with engineers on defining test plans and validating both new and existing functionality.
• Execute test cases for all areas of the product with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Analyze results and write detailed reports that accurately isolate the problem.
• Review existing test cases to ensure full coverage.
• He/she should be able to communicate clearly and be able to interact with different functional groups: development, technical support, product management.

Requirements
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 3 or more years experience in Quality Engineering.
• Windows and Mac testing experience.
• Working experience with Internet technologies: HTML, JavaScript, AJAX.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and pinpoint issues at a very granular level.
• Strong understanding of Operating Systems fundamentals (memory management, security, performance, networking, etc.).
• Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction.
• Ability to avoid distractions and deliver against deadlines.
• Able to act as an advocate for both internal and external customers to ensure we successfully deliver on the requirements and expectations.

不是我说人家怎么地，在国内企业工作的同行，因为没有环境的缘故，英语绝对是好不到哪去地。

而且Adobe的薪水是非常高地，只要能进Adobe的QA，都有1w以上。试问，国内企业有多少同行可以到到这个水平。人家钱给得多。

当然是招精英。

楼主这么做只有一个目的，多捞点人来面试。

说得很对，里面都是牛人，我们以前公司的project Manager去做了QA leader,薪水16K，这是当年的，不是现在的。需要的能力的确很牛，
工作4年以下的建议就别投简历了，当然针对leader和高级一级的人，很多帖子里面都是问工作经验少点，或者英文差点，或者学历低点可以吗（我也问），
唉，看来现在好工作的确不好找啊。
以后我就不问这些诸如薪水，英文，经验，学历的废话。做猎头和HR都懒得搭理这样的问题，

又修改了概述的职位需求，我以为我写了英文的要求……让大家见笑了。

英文口语不一定要好到“呱啦呱啦”的程度，但是起码要能讲明白你现在在做什么。

年限确实是个问题，其实猎头也是提供服务么，人家“业主”都把要求一条一条的列给你了，你还拿着一个工作2年的简历去给人家，HR也不开心么，呵呵。不过，研究生的话，2年可以考虑。
