Responsibility
–Work as test lead or core team member
–Understand the project requirements, participate in design, and ensure team members understand the requirements
–Responsible for creating and tracking detailed project schedule
–Responsible for detailed task assignment
–Provide technical training or guidance to team members
–Solve critical technical problems
–Responsible for conducting testing tasks
–Review team members' work result and provide feedback
–Communicate with project stakeholders effectively
–Conduct some project related research
–Provide team members' performance related data points to SDM in a timely and straightforward manner
–Assist SDM in handling personnel issues
–Communicate with customers for the project's requirements, technical issues and status
–Participate in company's daily operation (e.g., recruiting and training)

Qualification
–Have solid technical foundation and capability, strong technical leadership
–Experienced in test automation tools (such as WinRunner, QuickTest, JUnit, NUnit, SilkTest, TestMaker, etc.) is desirable but not required
–Experienced in structural, functional and system test
–Experienced in system deployment in Windows, Linux, Unix
–Experienced in software quality assurance process, specifically in the development and documentation of software process in compliance with Capability Maturity Model or ISO9000/ISO9001 is desirable but not required
–Ability to understand at the source code level, e.g., C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic, ASP, JSP, HTML, XML, SQL
–Understanding of code developed for J2EE, .NET, Linux, Unix
–Understanding of Internet-based applications, web-based services, ERP systems, financial applications, and other vertical industry applications
–In-depth knowledge of testing cycles and testing methodologies
–Strong problem-solving capability
–Strong sense of self-driven
–Strong communication skills
–Leadership skills
–Good sense of mentoring and guiding people for their professional growth
