Senior Java/J2EE developer:

· Design, develop and document financial J2EE applications, with an emphasis on the server side.
· Analyze and respond to customer requirements.
· Supervise and coach junior developers.

Experience and required skills:
· At least 3 years commercial experience in Java/J2EE development.
· Graduate from reputable universities with a Bachelor’s degree or above in science or relevant subjects.
· Fluent written and spoken English.

· Excellent in Java and J2EE related technologies.
· Familiar with SQL and SQL Server or Oracle database. Experienced in database design.

· Familiar with JBoss, Apache/Tomcat, or other J2EE containers.
· Good OO design skills, familiar with design patterns and UML.

Senior QA engineers:

Job description· Design, develop, maintain, and implement test plans, scenarios and scripts for financial related software.
· Work with business analysts and development teams to resolve any issues raised during the testing process.
· Leading a team to construct a testing suite is required for senior QA positions.


Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a development/QA role; At least 3 years experience for senior QA positions.
· Experience in creating comprehensive test plans, scripts and technical documents in English.
· Proven skills in developing a test strategy and achieving robust test designs.
· Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and structured software development practices are required.
· Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills are required. CET6 or above is required for senior QA positions.
· Experience of test automation, knowledge of accounting, financial products, bank regulatory reporting, risk management software or testing methodologies would be an advantage.
