以下三个职位急聘两年经验以上的测试工程师，工作地点上海：

测试应用工程师，测试开发工程师（光传输），测试开发工程师（偏硬件），详情见下文。

Test Application Development Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Clarify the functional (radio, digital), systems requirement with R&D development engineers
2. Define test strategy with R&D regarding test coverage and Industrialization target
3. Develops the test bench and test processes with the support from R&D development engineers
4. Defines manufacturability and testability guidelines to ensure the product realizes the performance and yield targets
5. Responsible for environment, EMC, safety etc…
6. Provide the hardware design report, software report, operation maintained manual and BOM etc.
7. Ensures that the product can be reproduced (repeatability) within the spec limits based upon critical performance parameters
8. Co-develops the manufacturing test spec with R&D development engineers
9. Sets up and maintains manufacturing processes
10. Process analysis
11. First line of defense for functional/system test and yield issues

Education Background:
1. Major in Communication, Computer, Electronics or related field.
Work Experience:
2. More than 2 years experiences in telecom industry. Good knowledge of network and telecom protocol: IP, TCP/UDP, etc.
Work Language:
Fluent oral English, be good at English writing

Other request:
1.Be familiar with at least two of the following programming languages: C, VC++, VB, Labwindows/ Labview. Experience on embedded SW development will be preferred.
2.Knowledge of database development (SQL server, Access, etc).
Be familiar with general test instrument usage and control by PC will be preferred.
Experience in developing system software of automatic test equipment, configuration management system and experience in script language (VB script, Tcl, perl) will be preferred.

Test Development Engineer(optics)
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Working as the bridge of R&D and manufacturing from the test technical point of view.
2. Be responsible for optical transmission product test strategy definition in manufacturing.
3. Developing and optimizing the test method and setting the test process.
4. Developing test benches, including test Jigs/test boards, program, test database, etc.
5. Implementing the test in the pilot production.
6. Technical supporting in mass production.
7. Be responsible for solving the quality issue and improving the test efficiency.
8. Compose and release test development related documents

1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above.
2. Major in: Communication, Computer, or Electronics.
3. Working experience: More than 2 years working experience in Communication, Computer, electronics field; Be familiar with hardware development and debug or software development, have experience on circuit design, layout or test is preferred.-- Be familiar with Communication or Electronics product test, have experience on test development.
4. Computer skill:-- Be familiar with programming language, such as Visual Basic, LABVIEW, etc; -- Be familiar with database, such as SQL, access, etc.; Be familiar with OS and network; Having the experience on COM/LPT port and instrument automatic control is preferred.
5. Language ability: Good writing, reading & speaking skills in English
6. Other requirements: Test or design experience of optical transmission product is preferred; Experience of using SDH analyzer, SMARTBITS, oscilloscope is preferred; Be familiar with optical product, SDH/WDM theory and optical components is preferred.
7. Personality Requirement: Team work; Good Communication; Hard Work and accountability; Self-learn capability;

Test Development Engineer (Radio, Digital, System)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Other request:
1.Be familiar with HW development, have circuit or CPLD/FPGA design experience
2.Skills in NI CVI/ LabView preferred
3.Basic knowledge of radio telecommunication system structure
4.Know well embedded OS and at least one test development tools
5.Basic knowledge of radio telecommunication system structure
6.Be familiar with general test instrument usage
7.Good working enthusiasm and teamwork spirit
8.Good in communication skill and problem solving
