测试经理：要求30人以上的团队管理经验
The key requirement woudl be:
1. solid people manager skill, experieced or have capability to lead scalable team(30 to 40)
2. strong communication & client engagment skill
3. faimilar with testing industry

Sr. Manager for Testing Domain

Job Description
-- Manage the whole project team and develop team testing capacity
-- Build close relationship with end user and third-parties.
-- Collect and analyze business requirements on testing
-- Lead team to deliver testing service and make sure project deliver successfully.
-- Make sure project is delivered by following the right testing process

测试工程师：
- 3 years+ server side Product testing experiences
- Bachelor degree (or above) in computer science is a must.
a) top 20 university in china. (Computer Science Software)
- Java programming skill is a must.
- Familiar with software engineering processes.
a) Source control system (Distributed Development Environment), i.e. CVS, SVN,
b) build system: source-->distribute (i.e. ant, maven)
c) bug tracking: i.e. bugzilla, Quality Center.
- Good English communication skill (written/oral).
- Stable and strong commitment to long-term product development.
- Strong learning research ability.

3年以上服务器端产品测试经验，工作地点：上海/北京
